Guests also have access to a shared washing machine The property is just a short walk from the beach, Via Bafile, the bus station, and major shopping centers. The first one is a one-bedroom apartment, ideal for families or couples, and suitable for up to four people.The second accommodation can host up to six guests and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen (with microwave and dishwasher), and a cozy living area perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Casera Gottardo (Milano)

Casera Gottardo is not just a house, but a creative project that incorporates the architectural transformation of the past and present of the house. Today the old dairy "casera" is a place where light and materials intertwine, creating a space in which to spend time inside. The strategic central position that places it halfway between the Naviglio Pavese and Corso San Gottardo, allows it to be the ideal base for those who want to explore the city of Milan. The house is located a few minutes walk from the Naviglio Grande, the Darsena, Tortona area etc., 10 minutes walk from the green metro (Porta Genova stop) which allows you to reach any Milanese destination and a 20 minutes walk from the Duomo, while remaining in a closed and therefore quiet street. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of three people.
Story
It was the year 1983 when Mrs. Mariuccia Dainese, with a family of hoteliers
behind her, decided to expand her house
and to build the first Dainese apartments in Jesolo
Lido, and in the course of the years they will become
more numerous and functional, all meant
to give you a carefree holiday experience,
in the name of relaxation and beach life.
Where are we...
The apartments are located in Lido di Jesolo downtown, which is only
45 km from Venice, easily accessible by car (80 km
from Padova, 40 km from Treviso and 140 km from Trieste), by plane
(Marco Polo airport is a short distance away, 30 km) and by vaporetto.
Jesolo is a quiet and safe seaside town suitable for both families and
young people, thanks to its 15 km long beach, equipped with umbrellas,
sunbeds, kiosks, sport areas and restaurants and the parallel
Via Bafile, the longest pedestrian island in Europe, with all the
clothing boutiques, home furnishings, accessories, restaurants, bars
and gelaterie.
